Do I need an active plan first?
Yes — packs require any active VibeCheck plan (Solo, Pro, or Practice). They top up the AI pool on whatever plan you're already on. You can compare plans at the pricing section.
How is my pack billed?
It's a single one-time charge to the card already on file with your VibeCheck subscription — no new payment method, and no recurring commitment. Buy one only when you need it.
Which pack is the best value?
The bigger the pack, the cheaper each interaction: 500 works out to about 1.6¢ each, 7,000 to under half a cent. If you find yourself buying packs every month, a tier upgrade is a better deal than stacking them.
Do pack interactions roll over?
No. Top-up interactions expire 30 days from the date of purchase and don't roll into your monthly pool. Use-it-or-lose-it is the rule — we state it plainly so there's no surprise.
