WHAT THE EMR DOES

Everything VibeCheck.luxury does. Then the whole practice.

The VibeCheck.luxury EMR connects the client record, practice workflow, revenue cycle, AI, and client-facing support in one product.

  • Intake → chart — digital intake builds the client record
  • Scheduling — booking with Google Calendar + Meet
  • AI clinical notes — SOAP / DAP / BIRP drafted from the session; the therapist signs every one
  • Pre-session briefs — continuity pulled from the chart before each session
  • AI coding + claim scrubber — ICD-10 / CPT suggestions, errors caught before submit
  • Insurance claims → paid — submit, auto-rework rejections, post the remittance, mark PAID
  • Copay collection — on the practice's own payment processor, 0% skim
  • Treatment plans — plus a two-sided wiki and trends
  • Risk & crisis safety — with human escalation, always
  • Sign + supervisor co-sign — built for supervisees too
  • Superbill / receipt PDFs — one click
  • Client portal — secure access for clients
THE FOUR HUMAN GATES

The AI drafts. A person always decides.

Four human gates, wired into the system itself. This is architecture, not a policy page.

Note attest

The therapist signs every note. The AI can never finalize one.

Claim attest

No claim submits without a human.

Treatment plan

The plan is the clinician's — co-sign supported for supervisees.

Risk acknowledgement

A flag escalates to a person. The AI can never clear it.

THE THREE MONEY LANES

Your money never touches our hands.

Three lanes, hard-walled. We charge for exactly one of them.

Lane 2 · yours

Copays. They run on your practice's own payment processor. We never hold them, route them, or skim them. 0%.

Lane 3 · yours

Reimbursement. Claims go through the clearinghouse straight to your practice. We see the claim status, never the money.

We take 0% of what you collect. Card processing passes through at raw 2.9% — never marked up. Claims can cost $0 if you bring your own free clearinghouse.

THE TOLL TABLE

The toll table.

What it costs to get paid for your own work, platform by platform. No adjectives — their numbers come from their own published pages, sourced at the bottom, verified June 2026.

That's the marketplace trade: free software up front, then roughly 20–30% of every insurance reimbursement (healthaidaily.com, verified June 2026). And honest credit above: TherapyNotes' 14¢ claim fee beats our managed option — which is why we default to bring-your-own clearinghouse, where your claims cost $0.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is VibeCheck.luxury EMR available today?

Not yet. VibeCheck.luxury is a FHIR-native behavioral-health EMR currently in beta. Client-facing capabilities already in use belong to this same product, not a separate tier.

Do you take a cut of my reimbursements?

0%, ever. The money runs in three hard-walled lanes: beta access terms provided directly by MWS; copays on your practice's own payment processor, which we never hold, route, or skim; and insurance reimbursement through the clearinghouse straight to your practice. Card processing passes through at raw 2.9% + 30¢ — never marked up.

How can I learn more about the beta?

The VibeCheck.luxury EMR is currently in beta. Email [email protected] for more information.

Is VibeCheck.luxury a separate add-on to another EMR?

No. VibeCheck.luxury is the behavioral-health EMR. The chart, workflow, revenue cycle, AI, and client side are one product. It is currently in beta.

Who signs the clinical notes?

You do — always. The AI drafts SOAP, DAP, or BIRP notes from the session, and the therapist signs every one. The AI can never finalize a note, submit a claim on its own, or clear a risk flag. Four human gates, built into the architecture: note attest, claim attest, treatment plan, and risk acknowledgement.
