Reviews
VibeCheck.luxury reviews — and what to read while there aren't many.
An honest page about a new product: what exists, what does not, and how to check us anyway.
No testimonials we wrote
Shaula refuses to generate invented statistics, fake testimonials and unearned clinical claims. That rule is enforced in the product, and it would be strange to enforce it there and break it here.
So this page has no quotes, no five-star graphics and no unnamed “LCSW in New York.” When there are real reviews, they will be on platforms that verify the reviewer and that we cannot curate. Until then, here is what you can actually check.
Four things that do not require trusting us
Run the eight-question audit
BAAs, encryption at rest, breach history, subprocessors, retention and deletion, data jurisdiction, and whether the AI speaks to your client directly. We published it so it could be pointed at us. Run the audit →
Read the sourced comparison
Twelve tools, each competitor claim carrying its own source link. If a claim has gone stale, it is checkable — and we would rather be corrected than quoted wrongly. See the comparison →
Look at who built it
Matthew Sexton, LCSW, NATC — a working clinician who carries his own caseload on this product. Not a founder story bolted onto a pitch deck. Read the story →
Check the price against your caseload
currently in beta, unlimited clients, no tiers. The number does not move when your practice grows, which is a claim you can verify in about thirty seconds. See the pricing →
Platforms we do not control
G2 and Capterra (which also carries GetApp and Software Advice) are being set up now. Reviews there come through each platform's verified-user invitation flow — we can ask a client to write one, and that is the end of our involvement. We are not offering anything in exchange for a review.
The VibeCheck.luxury EMR is currently in beta. Pricing is not publicly listed; email [email protected] for more information.
